Breitling celebrates its partnership with British motorcycle company Norton with the introduction of the Breitling Premier B01 Chronograph 42 Norton Edition.
Introduced in 2018, the Breitling Premier B01 Chronograph 42 is the flagship of the new Premier collection of watches launched by Breitling CEO Georges Kern. The two-register chronograph dial layout make for a vintage-inspired look and this notion is further enhanced with the new Norton Edition of the timepiece.
Distinguishing this special edition from the standard version of the watch is the presence of Arabic numerals all around the dial, the “Norton” logo engraved on a plate on the left side of the case, and a printed Norton motorcycle and logo on the transparent caseback of the watch. Speaking of which, the transparent caseback is what will let you see the Breitling Manufacture Calibre 01 used to power the watch with a comfortable 70-hour power reserve.
The golden numerals and hands contrast finely with the black dial and vintage brown raw-leather strap, although the watch is also available on a steel bracelet.
Breitling has created a watch that will appeal to both watch collectors as well as motorcycle enthusiasts, so why not combine the two hobbies together with the ultimate accessory: a limited edition Norton motorcycle.
The Norton Commando 961 Café Racer MKII Breitling Limited Edition Motorcycle is the perfect companion to your Breitling Premier Norton Edition. The 961cc motorcycle recalls the classic style of old café racers but with modern engineering. 77 motorcycles will be built, distinguished by a vintage Breitling “B” engraved on the clutch box and stitched into the saddle as well as Breitling-designed speedometer and tachometer dials. What better way to roll in style?
