Georges Kern to Head Breitling?
In an article posted earlier by Bloomberg announcing the departure of Mr. Georges Kern from the Richemont Group, an update has been made saying, “Kern, 52, bought a stake in rival watchmaker Breitling and plans to help that brand revive itself, Le Temps said, citing several people it didn’t name.”
Le Temps goes further to say that, “According to various sources,” Kern made the best of the opportunity to buy a stake in the brand when it was bought over by CVC Capital Partners earlier in late April. Creating for Kern, perhaps, the opportunity to give it the relaunch it so rightfully deserves.
Le Temps, also, mentions that it attempted reaching out to CVC for a comment. However, no one could be reached presently.
We await then now, may be, to hear from Mr. Kern himself.
