The last film in the Panerai Traits premiere series features Michelin-starred chef Massimo Bottura talking about innovation, while wearing the Tuttonero – Luminor 1950 3 Days GMT Automatic Ceramica (PAM00438). Filmed in various locations in Modena, like the Piazza Grande, the historic Albinelli market and Bottura’s restaurant, the chef discusses the need for continuous innovation, following his motto “tradition in evolution”.
“Look at the past in a critical way, not nostalgically. To innovate, it is necessary to take the best of the past and carry it forward into the future,” says Bottura.
