I’m a huge golf fan. I always have been.  I see the game as an old friend, you grow to appreciate more and more as the years go by.  I’ve had the privilege of playing for many years (that’s not to say it’s helped my round). When I was kindly invited to join Audemars Piguet at the launch of its “Midnight Masters” video series at my local club –  Walton Heath – I took it.

Audemars Piguet have deep roots within the golfing world (if you watch any major of the year you will see the AP logo stamped on a number the worlds best player’s shoulders).  The day kicked off with a breakfast buffet alongside the first tee. The vast majority of attendees had flown in from around the globe to play a round with one of AP’s professional ambassadors. Before the rounds commenced, we were treated to a group tutorial from the pro’s. Each took to the tee to showcase a particular stoke.

The range was full of those getting some final iron work in before teeing off. Needless to say – it was a Royal Oak fans watch spotting dream! Here are a few of the pieces that caught my eye:

The “Midnight Masters” video series sees Darren Clarke leading what Audemars Piguet’s CEO Francois François-Henry Bennahmias likes to refer to as their “Dream Team of Golf Ambassadors”.

The ten players that make up the team are Paul Dunne, Branden Grace, Miguel Ángel Jiménez, Renato Paratore and Peter Uihlein. The videos see the players attacking an artistically lit course at night. Check out a link to the video below:
