Near and dear to our hearts, can cost quite a bit to maintain, our loyal daily companions… our timepieces can seem almost alive to us sometimes. There’s no doubt that a sleek shiny coat on our wrist gear, whether of ceramic or PVD, can greatly increase its attraction in our eyes. That these materials often have physical properties such as lightness and scratch resistance is a pretty good bonus too. It’s a hard-knock life, but your watch will see you through it. And by the way, Man’s Other Best Friend totally agrees with us.
